Refund Policy

We like to keep it simple. If for whatever reason, you or your canine companion are not completely satisfied with Noochy Poochy you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

We can’t cover return postage costs for any good that aren’t faulty or damaged.

Please get in contact with us on hello@plantlabs.co.uk if you have a refund enquiry. If you get your order and something is damaged, faulty or just not right, please do let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order. Send us an email. It’s important to keep your order details, and take photos of the products for our reference.
