We do not believe that animal testing, other than in-home tests approved by PETA should be used used to evaluate qualities such as palatability, preference, digestibility studies, stool quality – and such tests deliver real world results using animals in their normal home settings. This has clear ethical and scientific advantages over animals kept kennelled specifically for food trials/testing. We are proud to display the PETA-not-tested-on-animals logo on our packaging.
Mckinna Plantlabs supports and funds the development of non-animal testing methods.
